I hired Harmony Bells Home Care Service to help take care of my mom during and after a hospital stay. They cared for her for about six weeks. While in the hospital, the caregiver provided companionship and help, especially when the very busy nursing staff was not able to help my mom. At home, the two caregivers, weekday and weekend, assisted my mom with activities of daily living, such as transitioning to and from the bed, walking, meals, and laundry. They also provided companionship and were also there as a safety measure against falling while my mom gradually recovered and regained her physical strength. My mom spoke highly of all her caregivers. She found them to be professional, friendly, able to take direction, and overall very helpful. I interacted mainly with the owner, Bassem. He, too, was extremely professional and friendly and very responsive to my communications. He did an excellent job understanding my mom's needs and her personality and assigned caregivers that were a great match. Harmony Bells' pricing was also very fair. I would highly recommend Harmony Bells Home Care Service to anyone needing caregiver help and would not hesitate to hire them again if and when my mom needs help again.
